Normally, the portions are good when I order the bowl in person so I would give 4/5 stars but the last few times I came later at night, I noticed that one employee kept giving me half scoops of the chicken, rice, and the other toppings. Someone else put one normal scoop of the chicken and he wrote it as double chicken but the cashier fixed it. He is thin, very short hair, large eyes.

Got a bowl and it was barely half full I had to ask the server couple of times to put more portions because I didn’t think that it was enough food for the price plus the chips were so soggy and old, you can tell that they have been set out for days. Terrible service.

I placed a pickup order for a double Honey Chicken bowl with extra rice, but when I picked it up, the bag felt noticeably light, even lighter than a regular bowl usually feels. I’ve been eating at this location for over a year and have ordered double portions and extra rice many times, so I have a pretty good sense of what the portion should look like. When I opened the bowl, the food only filled about half of the container, and the amount of meat also looked much smaller than what I paid for. I asked an employee if there might have been a mistake with the order, but she insisted it was correct. I didn’t argue further because I was in a hurry. This is actually the first negative review I’ve ever written, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt I should share it.

I love chipotle but the past two times i have gone, I have been fluctuating between horrible constipation or soft poop. And I know it is due to chipotle because it was the only thing I ate for the past two days. I have never experienced such prolonged and debilitating constipation. Two of my friends ate at chipotle during the same time I have been experiencing this, and they reported similar symptoms, especially the runs. I have never experienced this before in all my previous years of eating at chipotle, so i am hoping this is just due to the place being extra busy due to finals week, and being negligent as a result. unfortunately, this experience has deterred me from going to a chipotle anytime in the near future. really kind employees though. the food just hurts my tummy.

Terrible. I would give 0 stars if I could. Usually not this bad. But this time the rice is 90% raw. Inedible. Very interestingly, before I came, I told my friend who was walking with me that I was getting some inedible stuff (not even food) at chipotle. Unfortunately i predicted 100% right this time.
