We came here to watch the world cup finals with 2 toddlers and 6 adults. To make sure they can accommodate us, I called ahead 30 mins prior arrival. They said come ahead they can accommodate and they don’t take reservations. Upon arrival, there were 4 tables seated and they told us to wait 20-30 mins to be seated due to low staff. We asked to be seated at least and wait for service later but they did not allow. Very stupid management, staff overall wouldn’t be surprised if this place runs out of business.

I wasn't sure.... But seriously It needs to be reviewed on. I FOUND A BUG IN MY FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Ok normally I would have flipped out, but I didn't. I called the bartender name Devin, and I had him come over. And I showed him, and he was very apologetic, very nice and but kinda time inappropriate, he said that he would have the food taken off , but I would pay for the 2 beers that we drank? I looked at him and said no. I will leave a tip for the waitress kinda of shaking my head inside. So anyway, he went in the back did whatever he did. The waitress came out. She was very, very sweet, very sweet, but not once did we ever see a manager, Nor did a manager approach us. The server came back and asked if the manager could give us a gift card. Really? I would NEVER.....As a manager you need to come to the table and address the situation. Immediately, I have been in the food service industry for many, many, many years, And that is NOT standard operating procedures for a manager with a complaint of a bug. I think the department of health needs to do a RANDOM POP UP.............!!!!!!!!

This was both mine and my mother's first time trying BWW. The way they do cheesecurd's should be the world standard it's a thin crisp outside with a juicy melted cheese inside. And the sauce is perfect with a nice thick honey BBQ and creamy smooth ranch to compliment it. The chicken is the best I've ever had the tenders coming with a soft but strong crunch and the wings just soak up flavor from the sauce like no other. If you want onion rings then come here because they have some of the best around with good onion flavor and a good crunch. And the cheese cake is the best I've ever had its dangerous how good it is. Also shout out to Conrad our bartender he was the best I've seen bright positive attitude and really good recommendations thanks Conrad ^w^. And finally if you eat here keep in mind to try a little at first because its a lot of food for a serving in a good way tho lol

I will say, we usually come to this location because we find the food to be better here than other locations.. however, the service has always been quite bad. This was the first time my husband and I were actually very happy with the service we received. Conrad was super attentive, friendly and overall just had a really great vibe. Definitely keep him around!

Buffalo Wild Wings never disappoints! The food was hot and flavorful, the service was super friendly, and the atmosphere made it a perfect spot to relax with friends and family. We ordered the AYCE wings and it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommend for a fun and tasty night out!
