Quality of products is still good. The $9.99 slice of prime rib is an amazing bargain. Lines for checkout were pretty long for the time of day and a little slow to get help on both self and regular check out.

Great grocery store with a variety of food and drinks such as sushi and soda. Also some good deals happening for the smart shopper that wants more for less. There is also a Starbucks inside the market where I got a medium coffee that offered 3 roasts with cream and sugar.

I've been shopping at this Metro for years, and unfortunately the store has declined noticeably over time. Lately, it’s become difficult to even walk through the aisles because they’re cluttered with empty boxes, unpacked products, and general mess. The store just feels dirtier than it used to, even as prices continue to rise. There are still a few excellent employees who clearly work hard and deserve recognition, but overall I’m disappointed with how the store is being managed. The dairy section is frequently unstocked — I’ve come back multiple days in a row only to find the same items still unavailable. It really feels like the store is understaffed, but whatever the reason, something needs to change. At this point, shopping here has become more frustrating than it is worth.

I am a door dash driver. I came in today Sunday March 8th and there was no one at the flower area and the order was not there or ready. I asked for help from the self check out lanes and the wonderful lady there paged customer service to come to the floral department. However, still no one came. An AMAZING employee who was not even clocked in name Bethany came to my rescue. She put together the order for me and helped me again WHEN she was not supposed to be working yet! Thank you so much Bethany!! I shop here all the time as a regular customer as well and the service here is ALWAYS great! And once again they showed me that!

I am sick of coming here at peak times you have lines down the aisels bc you don't want to pay a wage that attracts and retains workers. You are a 2.13 billion dollar company and you can't manage to hire enough people to cover your customers at check out. This is why I pretty much exclusively shop ALDI!! Get it together Kroger. The line was long enough that I completed this review......
