Good Auntie Annes Friendly employees Good pretzels I also noticed that this auntie Anne’s sells pretzels about $1 cheaper then Auntie Anne locations inside malls The seating area here is small but it’s clean. Conveniently located on state street,near UW Madison and near downtown Madison. Heads up no Public restroom available here.

The three guys that were working the night of 3/16 were awesome. Literally had to wait for 4 minutes and were apologizing about the wait. Gave us a free sauce to apologize when I didn’t even think it was a long wait lol. Super nice and the pretzels were good too

I love pretzels, this place is pretty consistent for Auntie Annes, have had a few lackluster experiences with staff, but nothing that hasn’t been sorted out pretty quickly. Overall most staff are friendly and competent and food is brought out pretty quick.

Let me start, employees did a great job at taking care of the business not losing money. Even tho my regular pretzel bites were mediocre warm. Disappointed and ask for hot ones. I was told no. Because their timer said they were fresh. Didn't matter that I, the customer, was unhappy. Asked for a refund and they said no. Now wait...you get what you get? I have been there twice before and had such good experience. Hot and pleasant. These employees did what they were trained to do and let an unhappy customer leave so upset cause my money paid for less than expected food experience. Not their fault. Timer was right so I'm unhappy with my purchase. But the hot dog pretzels they gave me was hot. My husband and son agreed.

This was cool to see a stand alone version instead of a mall stall. It looked great inside and the staff was nice. It's good there's still a pretzel shop selling a traditional pretzel.
