Ordered a chicken cezar salad and got the wrap instead. Not a big deal just wanted to refund the difference. Called once and got hung up on. Called again and got someone who I had a hard time understanding and she also struggled to understand me. Thats fine I ask if anyone else was there that I could talk to. Linda ignores the first time then says no the second time. I twice say ill just call back in the moring and talk to someone else. She continues to try to help, but we are clearly just not understanding eachouther. Then suddenly the district manager showed up and got on the phone. Take care of my refund (tho felt kinda condescending about it and annoyed to do it). And that was it. Im kinda surprised that a district manager would just suddenly show up like 20 minutes befor closing but glad they did.

The Hispanic employee named Kevin provided excellent service. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He even assisted us in Spanish, which made the experience much more comfortable. Great food, great service, and a great attitude. We will definitely be coming back!

I had to jump on her as soon as we had our food! It was amazing, all the way down to the service! I called in an order and Kelvin took the call. This guy was outstanding, very friendly, knowledgeable about the sauces and very helpful. He told us the food would be ready in 15-17 minutes and he was right on the money. Packaging was perfect, food was fresh and we give it two thumbs up! First timers but won’t be the last time.

Simply incredible service. The fries were cooked to perfection, and the tenders were blasted with an intensely flavored sauce. Wings over Madison is a fitting name, because I would never chose another wings place in madison ever. Shoutout to teammember Kelvin Castillo for a hearty smile and amazing attitude.

Ownership has apparently made improvements to improve food quality and service. So far so good! I tried the Hot Honey Chicken Tenders and they were delicious and ready on time for pickup!
