Purchased a laptop that was $250 and it stopped working the next day. All I did was update it and then I could no longer go into my settings which defeats the purpose of a laptop. I tried to return it the very next day and because I didn’t have the original box it came in, they wouldn’t allow me to return the item. I came with everything else, the receipt, the laptop, and charger. The way the employees here handle situations, are very rude. I ended up going to Best Buy and purchased another laptop for only $50 more. It comes as a touchscreen, great battery life, is fast, and has been completely reliable. DO NOT BUY AN ELECTRONIC FROM WALMART!

First time at this location and I thought it was awesome. They have a parking structure like under the building then you go in and take an escalator up to the actual store part. A cart escalator for the way down also. Only issue was the wait to get an associate to open the deodorant cabinet which I've never seen before. So I did go earlier in the morning and they had a ton of people restocking which is the reason I believe that they took so long to come help me.

I will be removing my 1 star review from a few months back because of the fantastic service today. Forgive me for not getting the other two gents' names but the young nan with glasses at self checks, the tall fellow with glasses and blonde ponytail who helped me get paint, and the reason Im writing this review, Paulo, in customer service. All were very helpful and polite, definitely made me think better of this location.

This location is so clean, organized and the staff was actually helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the isle where I located them. I just moved from Chicago and trust me, this is a major flex. The gentleman in hardware gave me a great recommendation for wood glue and clamps. They worked great

I wanted to recognize Peter at the Walmart Supercenter (garden center entrance/registers) for his outstanding customer service on Saturday morning, May 2. I’ve been shopping at this location for about six years, and Peter is the only associate who has made a point to welcome me, engage in conversation, ask if I needed assistance, and genuinely greet customers as they enter. His kindness and attentiveness truly stood out and made a positive impression. He also provided me with a survey card, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, because I used my phone number at checkout, I wasn’t able to locate the receipt ID needed to complete the survey. I still wanted to make sure his excellent service was recognized. Thank you for having such a great team member.
