I've been ordering from this location for a few years now. I've never had an issue with orders being incorrect, and the service is always fast (I usually order carryout to avoid delivery fees). They maintain a fun and upbeat environment. Toppers remains a favorite of mine ♥️

All the toppings from one side of a custom pizza were slid over onto the other side. It's supposed to be Canadian bacon and pineapple on one side and peperoni and black olive on the other (don't pizza shame me). I'm very disappointed in this pizza. I will add I ordered delivery from their website(which I've never done), hoping it wouldn't be doordash or grubby hub delivery drivers, so it may just be the delivery services fault, but this sucked. Never had problems with this store before, I'm just super disappointed in this mishmash, I also paid extra for everything, including tip... I'll just pick it up from now on.

Amazing vegan options. Get those cheesy sticks! The beyond chicken on the plant based pizza is bomb. So grateful for these options. Seemingly not a lot in the area. Ordered for delivery to the hotel. Was still warm.

Update: The management did contact us and gave resolved the issue. We appreciated it! We ordered delivery and ran into a few issues. It seems that the driver was rushing and careless, because our pizza was smushed to one side of the box, and our topperstix box was squashed where half of them were stuck to the top of the box. We lost a good amount of the cheese trying to peel it off. I also specifically asked in the notes that the driver not ring the doorbell as we have a kiddo sleeping, and he did which woke him up. It took quite a bit longer this time, 30 minutes more than the estimated time which isn't a huge deal aside from the fact the food was on the cold side when it arrived. We've never had an issue prior and we enjoy the vegan options, hence why I give this three stars despite this not so great experience. The Vegan topperstix are very good, whatever non-dairy cheese they use is one of the better I've had. The rewards program is also a nice perk which gives free items every so often.

We have had good luck at other Toppers. Unfortunately this one was disappointing. Ordered a delivery order online. Was estimated to get here at about 35 minutes. Instead it was an hour. I would have been okay with that if the food was good; it was not. The pizza was cold/chewy and some of the toppings were sparse...ordered tomatoes, and there were not many on it. In addition, they forgot to send our topperstix, so we had to wait even longer to get those. Definitely did not feel the meal we got was worth $50+. I would not recommend this location at this time.
