Waited 10–15 minutes before a waiter even acknowledged we existed. No refills, no service, and the place was so loud I left with anxiety and a headache. The salad tasted like straight vinegar and lawn clippings, the carrots were somehow both cold and undercooked, and my steak had the texture of leather roast beef fusion cuisine. Best part? They brought the steak with no steak knife, so after another 10 minutes of waiting I had to embark on a side quest across the restaurant to find one myself. Even with the knife, the steak still fought for its life. Would’ve had a better meal chewing on my wallet in the parking lot.

We were here during a holiday. In all fairness the staff were slammed. The atmosphere was very good. We had a reservation and were initially seated in a great location then moved and then moved again to a location far from the windows and by the main walkway. Understandable but a bit frustrating. We did not get to enjoy one of the main perks, the view. The food was solid but looked a bit better than it tasted (a bit under-seasoned, and the chicken and beef Wellington were slightly on the chewy side) it’s very, very possible we just hit them on a bad day, but we were in underwhelmed for the price. All in all, a good experience however.

Overall good food, starters are mostly worth the price, shrimp was delicous, croquettes were fine. Entrees though, Halibut was well cooked but $48 with no soup, salad, bread, etc. Pappardelle was $42 with the tiniest amount of crab, avoid! Panna cotta was not worth $13 bucks. Friendly staff.

I came here for the first time to celebrate a special occasion and left extremely disappointed. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. The staff blamed it on others customers “camping out,” even though there were many empty tables when we were seated and the restaurant kept getting emptier throughout the night. It felt like a lack of accountability. Service was slow and inattentive. It took a long time for anyone to take our drink and food order, water was never refilled, had to ask for it, and no one checked in until on our entree until we were almost done eating. I ordered the $63 beef Wellington, which was the biggest letdown. Although it may look slightly pink in photos, it was not medium rare. It was fully cooked through, dry, and very chewy, similar to braised beef that has turned pink but is overcooked. The pastry was mushy and soggy. This is unacceptable at this price point. The server also placed the dishes in front of the wrong person without asking, even though there were only two of us. When I asked about the doneness, I was told it is supposed to be medium rare, but then the issue was blamed on a large private party they had that night. They offered to remake it, which would have taken another 40 minutes, or a free dessert. A $13 dessert does not make up for a $63 failed entrée. This was a special occasion, and the experience fell far short. I will not be returning 100%

I went here for Thanksgiving dinner, and it was spectacular. The calamari had a light batter, not overly thick breading. The Shirley Temple had a grenadine I had never tasted before, but it was not bad. The bread pudding was a little too thick compared to the cream ratio, but it was still excellent. This was my first time trying beef wellington, and it was phenomenal. The steak was cooked perfectly, and they let me substitute the normal sides for the Thanksgiving sides. The stuffing was amazing, as were the brussels sprouts.
