It's been in Madison for a very long time but for some reason, I never went in there until recently. A tiny place, but the girl at the counter was very nice. I got a half pasty to go-- and it was very yummy!

Been going here for years. Definitely would have rated them 5 stars in the past but over the last several months I have been getting consistently undercooked food to the point I expect it more often than not now. Prices are great, portions are really good, and the quality was amazing. Definitely has gotten worse recently though unfortunately. I really like the chicken pot pie pasty for lunch and the southwest one for breakfast. If they end up improving on their quality and return to what they once were I’d happily give them 5 stars again. Still would recommend trying. — Update a few months after posting this; seems like the quality is coming back. Great to see! Keep it up

Be careful if you're vegetarian, it's the second time they have given me the wrong order and I only find out when I get to work, too late to do anything about it. It's unfortunate I have to make this review because when I get the right order they are a very good breakfast stop or lunch stop. The southwest and veggie are really good.

This is a good spot! Small, simple, straightforward. Some good people working there. Good food and honestly a pretty good value especially with how everything seems to be getting expensive these days. A half-sized portion is plenty for me as a light breakfast on the go. Full-sized is more of a meal.

Delicious pastry that I discovered by accident. The service was super friendly and fast. I ordered a sausage pastry with hot sauce and found my new favorite fast food in the city. The pastry was still hot and delicious with its egg and cheese filling. This shop is a great spot for quick, tasty, and cheap food. Loved it and will be back!
