I walked into the Starbucks in place to order for my typical White chocolate mocha with vanilla, cold foam and caramel drizzle. As always. I ask for a flat lid instead of the nitro lid right as the young lady was making my drink. Instead, she still gives me the nitro lead. When asked if they could change it. She looks at me, rolls, Her eyes grabs the top and slides it across the stand to me. I ask her Can you put it on there? She again looks at me, snatches my drink, and Then push it on there and forcefully Slides the drink back across the stand to me without washing off the Access foam or putting any caramel on there. I asked her then can you put caramel on the top like it was before you took the other lid off? She takes it again and does the same thing. When I turned around to get napkins. There are no napkins. I asked the gentleman Short guy baldhead. Did they have any napkins ? He looks at me and say what I say, napkins, paper towel, tissue, something to wash my cup off. These are by far some of the rudest people that work in this Starbucks. I highly suggest if you’re going to purchase from Starbucks. Please go to the location on Fish hatchery Road.

Whoever is working right now doesn't understand the refill policy. I sat in the cafe for hours, had ordered my macchiato and drank it all. Then went to get my refill of plain coffee. The person there told me I could not get a free refill and that I had to have ordered a plain coffee to begin with not a handcrafted drink. Which is not what the tables say. Mothers day 6pm, retrain them please, I like my refills. In addition the girl didn't use my stars for my drink like I asked, I was charged. Depression 😞

There were only two people working and it looked incredibly busy. You could tell people had been waiting a while for their drinks. However, the two people working, Coral and the nice bald guy in the drive thru area were seriously killing it and staying so calm under the pressure.

Waited 30 minutes in line and got yelled at for mobile ordering even though I ordered 15 minutes before arriving. My drink was horrible and watered down and the ratio was completely off. Horrible service. When I got to the window the staff said “what are you waiting for sweetheart.” Also kept audibly complaining about working. Would definitely recommend trying any other Starbucks.

I used to come to this Starbucks every morning before work and it was decent. The wait would be a little long, but not abnormal. Recently, I’ve had to wait in the drive home line for 20 minutes which is insane. I’ve currently been waiting for 5 minutes with no movement as I’m typing this now. They need to get it together immediately, people have jobs and things they need to get to on time. No one should have to wait at Starbucks for almost half an hour.
