Some of the best food, nice people, cute spot downtown. Seriously flavorful food, everything we had was awesome (ceviche, tacos, chips & salsa, a tasty Paloma & with great service.

Food was excellent. Top-tier ceviche, and the Al Pastor taco was full of flavor and the meat was cooked perfectly. This is the first stop to just get a quick bite before the next stop for dinner so I will definitely be back to try plenty of the other items on the menu!!

Everything here was really good! I had the el pastor machete and my partner had the chorizo machete, both were really tasty. It's a fun experience trying a different food format, take your out-of-town family and order a huge one to watch their eyes pop lol. I believe I had both Ofelia and Noel in the restaurant today (so glad to see Noel safe back in Madison). It was pretty empty in there today when we went for lunch, so I assume the place is packed for dinner. Come over for lunch if you dont want crowds.

Delicious! Stopped in on a Saturday evening. They were a bit understaffed, but rocking as best they could. The “machete” is delicious! I got al pastor and loaded with hot sauce. It was fantastic! Can’t speak to other menu items. I ate at the bar and the bartender was awesome.

This place is a gem. The food is truly authentic and bursting with flavor—every bite makes you feel like you're experiencing real Mexican cuisine. The guacamole is made fresh every three hours, and you can truly taste the difference; the chips have a wonderful flavor and texture. Their signature machete with chorizo was incredible, packed with bold, satisfying flavor. The house margaritas are delicious, and the churros—made on site—are the perfect sweet finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Noel and Ofelia (the owners) made us feel genuinely welcome. This was our first visit, and we're already looking forward to coming back.
