From the first bite it was an experience I will never forget. The flavors were perfectly balanced and just overall great experience. I am not a gyro guy, but this has me questioning tastes. Sidebar: I am not a bot and wanna make sure that a place like this stays open, forever. “A” Plus plus plus. I’m not from Madison and will come here next time I’m in Wisconsin. Bravo

We enjoyed our meal on the upstairs patio, cool breeze in a shaded area on picnic table. There are lawn patio sets available available as well, music was cool not loud that you couldn't carry a conversation. Nice setting. Very enjoyable. Friendly smiling staff, greeted upon entering and thanked as leaving. The food was packed with great flavor ad taste sand texture, just a little dry, but tasty and fresh. Greek fries are a must, addictive with that seasoning. Huge portions.

Had great experience at Parthenon Gyros! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for when you stop in. The portions were great, everything was made quickly, and you can tell they really care about quality. The service was just as impressive. Mary D was my order taker and she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we walked in. She made the whole experience even better with her positive attitude and excellent customer service. It’s always refreshing to visit a place where the staff is genuinely friendly and the food is consistently this good. Definitely one of those spots you’ll want to keep coming back to. Highly recommend!

Great gyro place in State St We ordered the Freaky Greek, which definitely delivered in terms of taste and portion. The chicken skewers were a little dry, but otherwise everything else tasted great. I would definitely be willing to come back to try the other dishes they have.

Absolutely the best gyro I’ve had in decades. I’ve spent much time in my life in Greece and Crete. Love the food and culture. Especially back 20-30 years ago. If I had to make one small nit pick I’d ask for the tables to be cleaned. Fantastic place and a must go if you enjoy Greek food!!!!!
