We had previously only tried takeout during COVID and were excited to try it in person. I appreciate that they prioritize fresh ingredients and staying seasonal! The mushroom pasta was a great example of sourcing good seasonal ingredients. I liked the tortelli, although the pasta was underdone and a little too al dente. The service was excellent. The space was definitely on the smaller side - I’d recommend coming as a smaller group. Even with only 4 people, our table was shuffling around a lot to make the dishes fit.

The appetizers were excellent, and the pasta dishes were pretty good as well. If you’re near the Capitol, it’s worth stopping by, but I wouldn’t go out of my way just to visit. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was fairly average, and the music was a bit loud. The prices weren’t particularly cheap, but not overly expensive either.

This was my first time here, and it’s already my favorite Italian restaurant so far. I didn’t feel sick after eating, I can tell they use high-quality ingredients. The service was exceptional—everyone was genuinely warm and friendly. Honestly, the hospitality felt so much nicer than in Chicago. You don’t usually get this kind of thoughtful, welcoming treatment there.

Let me just start with o.M.G.This place is unreal.This is one of the coolest places.I've ever been to with only maybe 812 or 14 table.I'm just blown away.How amazing the food quality is how amazing the people are and overall just a great time. Dishes are unique and totally unexpected!

One of my favorite Italian restaurants in Madison, with a daily rotating menu. We sat at the high top and had a nice open window view. My favorite was the pasta — extremely fresh and the sausage was cooked perfectly. Great place for fresh Italian food and rich but not heavy flavors.
