We had a fantastic experience at One Prime Steakhouse. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything was prepared perfectly. Erika was our waitress and did an outstanding job taking care of us. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure our evening was enjoyable. Bella, who was training with her, was also wonderful and clearly learning from a great example. Great food, excellent service, and a memorable dining experience. We appreciate Erika and Bella for making our visit such a great one. We will definitely be back!

Everything was absolutely delicious. The food was beautifully plated, fresh, and full of flavor from start to finish. The lamb chop was cooked perfectly, and the deviled eggs were such a fun, elevated appetizer. Every bite felt thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere was gorgeous too. The bar area had a classy, relaxed feel with warm lighting, beautiful views, and a really polished setup. Service was excellent and made the whole experience feel even better. Overall, One Prime Steakhouse is a beautiful spot for a great meal, drinks, and a polished dining experience. Definitely worth coming back to.

Read reviews before coming to restaurant and expected to be blown away by the service. That wasn’t the case. Our waitress didn’t hv an opinion on any food just saying that everything is good. Honestly so annoying. The food was really good though. I got a 10oz filet minion and my date got a ribeye I believe. We both loved our steak. I ordered the risotto as a side, incredible! I forgot to mention our starter was beef tartar. We both really enjoyed this dish The biggest disappointment was the bone marrow pie. The waitress explained it as a large helping of vegetables topped with marrow. It wasn’t. It was bone marrow that was still in the bone. I couldn’t see or taste any veg. It was a weird thing to hv on the menu in the way that it was described. I was also disappointed that I had to ask for the turnovers. From my research they come to your table. But out waitress never made mention of it. It was disappointing to hv such lackluster service but the good fit the most part made up for it.

Casey, our waiter, was the most knowledgeable waiter I’ve had in Wisconsin. The atmosphere and food was Michelin star quality. The entrees were impeccable. If I were to find any negatives about this place I would say the parking was tough and the Caesar salad was just ok. The South African lobster was better than any cold water Maine lobster that I’ve ever had… and I’ve had a lot of lobster in my life. The dry aged New York Strips and filet mignons were cooked perfectly to the temperature you ask. When asking for different types of temperatured steak, they even clarify what “medium rare” or “medium” looks like to you. Mediums were described as either a pink warm center or a warm red center, while medium rare was described as warm red center or cold red center. I feel that was very important because every steakhouse has a different definition of what temperatures of steak look like. The smashed potatoes were so decadent. The logo is also a Picasso drawing of a bull, which was very cool.

Amazing, upscale, cosmopolitan steakhouse. The service was exceptional and professional. The only thing that surpassed all that was the food! The steaks were amazing! The waitress was right: if you prefer your steak medium, order it med-well. Regardless, the steak on our plates was SO flavorful and tender (you could literally them with a fork.) The lobster was broiled to perfection. So soft, sweet, and tender. Before your courses, your palate is energized with amazing popovers and cheese croquettes. I wish I had room for dessert. Oh well, I guess I’ll just have to go back again for more. ….Hee hee hee
