I had to move up the pickup date for cupcakes at the last minute, and the bakery team was incredibly kind and accommodating. They helped me right away and made the whole process so easy. A special thank you to the employee in the bakery department whose name started with “D” (I didn’t catch the full name), but they were so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate your excellent customer service! Thank you so much!

We shop here fairly often. This is the only location that we actually liked. Stopped today and was at the bakery. I wanted to ask about their gluten free bakery items. We could NOT get waited on. And yes there was a woman behind the counter. She looked at us and walked away. I said hello. Not sure if she heard me, but had no doubt she wouldn't have cared to help anyways. We went to another store(not a metro market) and they gladly helped out. Won't be back. Sorry. But that was just plain rude and unprofessional of your staff.

Funky decor meant to simulate a food street in Korea. We had the cook at your table bbq. The quality of the meats was very good. Marinades and flavorings excellent. The staff help cook the food at your table. It was a fun and funky experience.

I bought a jar of sun-dried tomatoes but when I opened them they had a clump of gray/brownish substance in it (dirt or mold?) and didn’t feel comfortable using the jar. On Sunday I exchanged them for a new jar without a problem. On Tuesday (2 days later) I was shopping again and the jar I returned was sitting back on the shelf! I recognized the gross substance in the jar, the best by date, and the fact that it was not as full of oil as the others. I brought it to the attention of the manager on duty who apologized and threw the jar away but this should be an event that NEVER should have occurred. I don’t trust this store, their practices, and won’t be shopping there again. Absolutely disgusted and appalled.

🛑This store was an absolute pleasure to shop in, especially the produce and meat departments. Everything was fully stocked, beautifully organized, and front‑faced with real intention 😌 I even met a gentleman who was stocking the shelves with such focus that I wish I had caught his name. There was also a young lady named (Angela, at check-out) who went above and beyond to help us at checkout. She was the highlight of the store🌼 I highly recommend this location. It’s rare to find a store that maintains such excellent produce and meat departments clean, fresh, and consistently up to date. I took a few pictures so you can see for yourself😉
