Breakfast sandwhich was decent. Plenty of bacon but wish there was more egg. The woman at the front counter had a horrible attitude. Barely spoke 2 words, no greeting or thank you. The first unpleasant person I've come across in the Madison area.

It’s the only hot food in MSN before lunch. Sandwich is overpriced, but not terrible. Service was awful. Both people working front of house were on their phones the whole time. Specifically, the person who handled my food was on their phone while wearing gloves, grabbed my food without changing their gloves, and went back on their phone again. All around really gross

The staff was excellent on 3/12/26 when I went. The quality of ingredients for the sandwich I ordered were terrible. Even the slices of bread, as the base of the sandwich, tasted freezer-burnt. A mostly inedible sandwich costs $14 here. I enjoy the local stores, but this outlet isn’t even CLOSE to the same quality or price point.

This $12 ham sandwich is very fatty. Hardly anything has pricing. After you check out, you may notice that you can order hot food from the counter.

The older lady who worked here on 10/09 maybe blot family with good customer service as well as hygiene practices handling food. I was excited to try this Metcalves location as it is relatively new to the airport. I purchased a breakfast sandwich, all the worker did is placed it (pre-made not made from scratch here) on the grill barely moved away from register. Another person purchased something with cash and left a tip in jar. The worker emphasizes to the customer “thanks for tipping - you wouldn’t believe how many people don’t”. While I don’t care or take this personally, however, this is a personal decision to tip or not. There is no need to comment on what other people choose to do. The company must be struggling to find workers. I guess we should be grateful at least have this one. The breakfast sandwich with an egg and bacon was good but nothing to write home about. I’m still grateful they offer breakfast here though.
