Great selection of sausages you won't find anywhere else and lots of other high quality meats, cheeses, stock, etc. We love their wines and grocery items. Fantastic customer service as well!

Fantastic selection of Midwest sourced meat - great cuts of beef, pork, and chicken. The dry aged pork chop is incredible. What the hell. Why is that not a thing at every top notch restaurant?! The pantry items are well curated and the wine options are top notch. Please open a location in Chicago.

First time to a butcher, bought a pricey chuck roast. You get what you pay for — this blew supermarket cuts out of the water! Gladly shopping here for all future needs. The guy who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable as well.

Best butcher shop around! Inside tip: Thursday they always have a sandwich special, made in house. It changes every week, but it's always worth the trip. If you ask, they will also recommend a wine bottle to take with it. Everyone here really knows their stuff. I can't recommend it enough.

I just took a whole hog butchery class tonight and this joint is a throwback. Such talent and the ability to customize your cuts to order. The quality is exceptional. I can’t recommend them highly enough enough.
