Hello, I’m very disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. This isn’t the first time my order has been incomplete. Almost every time I order from this location, something is missing. Today, my pie was missing from my order. It’s frustrating to pay for items and then have to deal with missing food over and over again. I hope this location improves its quality control and makes sure orders are checked before they’re handed to customers. This recurring issue is unacceptable. Thank you

It’s an okay McDonald’s Employees could be more friendly and be more welcoming. When I visited on 5/26/26 I was bumped by an employee without him saying excuse me to me trying to get through to deliver a dine in order while I was ordering an ice cream cone on the kiosk. Lobby and restrooms are somewhat clean. Will mostly likely not be back,there is better food options here in Verona (WI)

My partner and I stop here when we are in a pinch or don’t feel like cooking bc it’s easy and convenient. Or at least it’s supposed to be. We’ve lived in the area for almost 3 years now and I think we’ve only ever gotten the correct order twice. Something is always missing or wrong even after asking multiple times about our items. Usually, we let it go. It’s not a huge deal. But these past few times, items that have been paid for and are very clearly on the receipt have been missing. We’re not close enough for it to make sense for us to go all the way back, but even after trying to call to just simply get the money back, it’s been crickets from staff. This location’s number is also out of service so you have no choice but to call corporate. Granted, it’s fast food. So the expectation is never very high, but when the items are listed out for you and have been PAID FOR, things shouldn’t be forgotten.

Ordered a double cheese burger amd got a single went back in and they did fix it but took my old one the guy handed it back to someone behind the counter probably to re sell that broke so many health code violations as I touched the old one gross Under the Wisconsin Food Code (ATCP 75 / DHS 196), once food has been handed to a drive-thru customer and enters their possession, it is classified as returned food. It is a health code violation to re-serve or re-use this food, even if the customer claims it was untouched. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] I'm contacting health department

Order was messed up 3 times. Even went back to counter a 2nd time and purchased and individual sandwich to complete what my order was only to end up still 1 sandwich short of correct order. We just left rather than go back to counter a 3rd time.
