The play area was nasty..the whole indoor eating experience at any McDonald's...from ordering the food to feeling like the it's clean sucks.

I am beyond disappointed with this McDonald’s. I ordered my food through the kiosk, paid for it, and never received my order. To make matters worse, the kiosk didn’t even print a receipt. When I explained the situation to the employee at the register and showed proof that I was charged, he went to the back only to come back and tell me there was “no order” matching what I described. How does a business take someone’s money and then act like the order never existed? The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly unacceptable. This location seriously needs to fix their kiosks, improve their system, or hire staff that actually know how to handle customer issues properly. Completely upsetting experiences

Rude and very arrogant. I had to repeat my order three times I got to the window. It was wrong again. Person taking an order was obviously taking on too much. I talked to the manager. He was just as rude as his arrogant. I got a refund, he argued with me the entire time. The manager behaved as though I was a bother and not the reason for him being there. I WILL NEVER CHOOSE THIS SITE AGAIN. Too many other choices to be treated in this manner. Rudeness was over-the-top and will be the downfall of this location. I challenge the owner or cooperate report to ‘stop by” some time unannounced’.

This has been my local McDonalds for a few years. They always get my order correct, a double cheeseburger no pickle and a McChicken extra mayo. Fast and friendly service too. On a random note on all McDonald's: back in the day, I did not order extra mayo on my McChicken, I am not sure if they started using less mayo or if I have become that person who gets extra mayo...
