Food good it’s just dirty as ever in the McDonald they don’t clean up and the bathroom stank we need better interior because it’s so dirty it’s fries on table on the floor and crumbs everywhere and the workers was getting mad

Store is absolutely filthy, most tables are uncleaned and floor is sticky. No front desk staff so you're forced to use the kiosk. But...2 of the 4 kiosks had broken touch screens so you're just hosed. Kiosk said staff would bring me my food but they just left the food on the front counter and let it get cold. What a disgrace of a store. Also all out of hot honey and all dessert options

Why is it that when I complain nobody ever gets back to me? The waunakee store owes me over $30 and nobody will call me from there to fix the issue that they made. The Sauk City store seems to be the only store that cares about its customers that I've been to. But this store I specifically went through the drive-thru and asked for fresh chicken nuggets these chicken nuggets are so dry and so hard and I told them the last three times I've come the chicken nuggets have been bad it's the only thing my grandkids like to eat and it's just makes it easy to stop and grab some to tide them over till dinner but these are horrible and they always always forget the sauce I ordered 3 sweet and sour sauce and was given two honey packets. I am so sick and tired of getting home and having no sauce I have talked to this manager several times about this and she always apologizes she always says she'll say something but she never does it's on the receipt somebody should be responsible for putting the stuff in the bag that goes with the food because I don't keep McDonald's sweet and sour sauce at home and I shouldn't have to go back because if I have to go back then the food is not going to be fresh. Your job is not that hard do your job right do your job right the people here always seem nice but they do a horrible job and I don't care how nice you are if the food sucks and I don't get what I order. Also there is a man that hangs out at the drive thru asking for cash everyday all day he seems to be here. It is really I uncomfortable. He approaches every car... oh and now it's a couple that just hang out and the man approaches all of the cars. It's creepy. Someone needs to do something

All the workers are mean and sad, the bathrooms and floor are very messy. Most of the staff don't give you the food unless you go up and ask. It says pick up for a reason, not go up. Still go here often because it's cheap and the only McDonald's near me. This place needs improvement.

Majority of the time I like the food. I usually get it for my kids tho and every one I go to lately just sucks. Is one pickle for McDoubles the new standard?!?! My daughter loves pickles and both times all the burgers have only had 1. I order extra onions and it came with none. Not only that but on the bottom of the food bags it tells you how many items should be put in it. My bag would not have ripped If they didn’t shove all 9 items in a bag that clearly says 4-6 as the employees look at you like they don’t know what to do instead of offering to get you a new bag.
