I was very unhappy with this location. It took about 20 minutes to get my food. I thought for sure it was going to be fresh. By the time I got it it was cold and they didn't give me my full order. I gave them the receipt to show what they screwed up. They took it back and came back out with the wrong food again. 30 minutes for wrong food that's cold is ridiculous you didn't

This is a first and I am blown away. I ordered extra salt on my fries as usually most McDonald's dont salt them enough when made. Usually when I do this I get fries and salt on the side. Not how I ordered them. This time I got my fries with extra salt actually ON them. Also the rest of the order was as ordered. Quality was great. In my opinion one of the best McDonald's I have been to ever so far.

I got the Dr Pepper dirty soda and there was barely any cream on it, and no it didn’t mix in before I got it. On the display, it showed way more cream, but when I got it, the top wasn’t even coated all of the way with the cream. What a joke. I was insanely disappointed, even for going to a McDonald’s.

It’s a good McDonalds Employees are somewhat friendly. The interior/seating area is very clean. The food prepared here is very good. Conveniently located in McFarland,attended to a BP gas station and along a busy road US-51.

I ordered through the McDonald’s app and proceeded to go with the delivery option to make my day a bit lighter. Unfortunately through out the process, I was waiting an hr and 30 mins for an order that was partially wrong. I’m usually the type of guy to just settle with what I get but the sandwich we received was for someone else. and allergic to what we had gotten, luckily they haven’t took a bite. But it’s the fact the customer service was like it didn’t exist. No one to pick up the phone, no one to help make a quick fix, and no food for us. I don’t think it’s hard to go down a receipt and check off what’s in a bag but who am I to judge. Do better please, check your bags your packing before you send it out or this will keep happening. Management, i’m talking to you and your team.
