Go there and check out their candy bars. I'm serious. Almost every single one is expired. I just moved to this area and bought a Nestle crunch. I got home and the chocolate part was white. I double-checked the wrapper. It was not a white chocolate. I don't buy candy bars that often so when the label said creamy milk chocolate I thought maybe because it said "creamy" milk chocolate, is why it was white. My daughter looked at the wrapper and saw that it was expired over a year and a half ago. This happened about middle of June this year. 2026. Just check expiration dates on everything you buy!!

They seem like a good local convenience store. I have been in there to buy alcohol, coffee, and soda. I haven't been here a lot, but I've never had problem. I'm giving the store a four rating because I haven't been there that many times.

My partner was harassed by the clerk and his friends smoking weed outside the door. Then charged extra money and when asking for the receipt was denied by the gentleman running the counter. I would never recommend going here. I felt very unsafe and now have to file forms to the Better Business Bureau seeing as the associate essentially stole from us. I hate giving bad reviews but I was completely astonished that he threatened them charged $30 for a single 12 pack of Twisted Teas.

I love this place! Madison Pantry has a wide range of food and drinks for good prices. It's always clean and the owner is such a nice lady! Best part, she has a bunch of tobacco products like cartridges, batteries, loose leaf, swisher sweets, rolling trays...she keeps her store well stocked. Recently they also started stocking CBD products like gummies and flower as well. Make sure you buy some Ben & Jerries or those amazing ice cream snickers bars to go with it :) Come here for your food, beer, wine and liquor, your tobacco...she has it all! The classy lady that now runs this store, recently lost her husband. When in the area, I do try to support this store. Prices are a little marked up even for a convenience store, but it is real close to a friend's house. They have liquor, unlike other local gas stations. In addition, something went wrong with the tanks that hold the fuel, too expensive to fix, so they no longer carry fuel. She is very kind & gregarious & quick to quip a joke. It is always nice to chat it up a bit with her. I wish her, her son & the store the best of success. Very convenient for residents of The River's Edge. Her & her family have been long-standing Madison residents running the convenience store for as long as I can remember, I lived in Camelot in 1999...I remember them from then, always kind, always willing to take the "extra step."
