I went a couple days ago. I got the butter pecan and the coffee pistacio one. The ice cream flavor was pretty good but the coffee was severely freezer burnt. It was also pretty expensive. My friend ordered the chocolate and the strawberry they both were also extremely freezer burnt. It was so freezer burnt you could literally hear it when you put the spoon in, so there's no way they didn't know. It was also very visually obvious. I have literally never had more freezer burnt ice cream in my life, and I've never had ice cream that was freezer burnt at an ice cream shop. We were the only customers and the sole employee disappeared after we ordered. I think maybe she had work to do in the back, and she was the only one working. It probably wasn't her fault that it was freezer burnt, just wish I could have told her and maybe gotten a refund or something. My friend didn't even finish hers.

Great for an evening drop-by with selections that are flavorful and creamy, as expected. Not your typical ice cream, definitely more elevated like a creamery. Great taste and good portions. The outdoor seating needed a little attention when we visited at about 9:30pm, tables and chairs were sticky and dirty.

While more costly, this remains my favorite (and most inventive) ice cream store in all of Madison. The blueberry lavender flavor is without equal to any fruit dessert I've had anywhere. Outdoor seating is appreciated. In fact,across the entire city there is only one competitor, and that's certain specialty flavors at UW Babcock dairy bar. Skip the Chocolate Company and come here instead.

We had a nice experience, friendly staff and delicious ice cream .. lots of wonderful flavors available to try . Also there are some delicious baked goods too.

Yummy ice cream at a delicious price that won't break the bank for families. Flavorful and rich ice cream here. They also offer a few selections dairy free ice cream. We tried the ice cream flight that was perfect for sampling a few flavors. Complete with toppings. For those grown ups, you can also have your ice cream with a bit of liquor in the various adult shakes recipes they offer. In addition to ice cream you can purchase breakfast and lunch items such as sandwiches, breakfast burritos and coffee. Moreover, they offer shirts for sale. A nice twist if you buy a shirt you get s free scoop. Various board games provide for a nice and relaxing evening with your party. Kudos to the staff members like Henry.
