Loved it. Every single dish was so good and unique, from my cocktail to our food. We will definitely be back, hopefully soon. We went to celebrate a birthday, and we even received a free glass of champagne. The experience was fantastic, and our server was very friendly and sweet.

Incredible food!! The butternut squash cappelletti was so silky and delicious. We also got an appetizer that I can’t remember the name of but it had milk bread, radish, hibiscus, and goat cheese in it, and it was so complex and truly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. The drink I initially ordered wasn’t available, so I was bummed about that.

Really lovely restaurant and a good addition to Madison’s burgeoning food scene. The atmosphere was warm and sophisticated without being stuffy. The service was warm,attentive, and elevated without being overly formal. I had the maitake tempura, braised fennel, and charred broccolini. All the sides were excellent. I had the steak with pomegranates and pomegranate molasses. The steak was perfectly cooked but overly seasoned. In conjunction with the sweet molasses and pomegranates, the saltiness was too prevalent for me. Still had a lovely dinner and would recommend for a date night or night out in Madison.

We just had the most perfect experience and I can finally see what the hype is about. So many great vegetarian options, and Sarah (our bartender/server) was incredibly knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Potato + onion and broccolini sides were both great, as were the butternut squash pasta and short rib ragu pasta. We normally don’t get desserts, but someone next to us had the lemon tart with blueberry vinaigrette and it was the best bite of the night. PLEASE never get rid of this dessert, we want to come back just to eat this! Beyond the food though, the service here is really what stood out. Impeccable all around. The whole staff worked together to bring food, clear plates, fill water, etc. it was seamless and friendly without being over the top at all. We hope to be back and have Sarah there behind the bar again!

Food was great as usual! Scallops and the foie gras crepe cake were the highlights for me. A little too loud inside in my opinion.
