I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location today between approximately 11:45 and 11:54 AM, and unfortunately, I will not be returning. I ordered a matcha latte and asked to add the coconut cold foam that normally comes with the cold brew. Instead of simply explaining whether there was an additional charge or a limitation with the customization, the barista responded very rudely, saying, “We don’t do that..it’s too expensive.” I immediately explained that I had no issue paying whatever additional charge was necessary. I even offered to pay for the cold brew with the coconut foam separately if that was the only way to have the foam added to my matcha latte. The cost was never the issue. What bothered me was the dismissive and unnecessarily rude way the request was handled. I have made similar customization requests at other locations without ever encountering this type of attitude. Even if this particular location has a different policy, there is a professional and respectful way to communicate that to a customer. The experience was uncomfortable and completely unnecessary, especially when I was more than willing to pay for the customization.

Just picked up two items I haven’t had in a while, but used to really enjoy. Not today. The Avo BLT was a complete mess. Not slices of avocado but a mash like guac. Too messy to even handle. Also had a cranberry orange muffin. Looked great, only to discover that there were only a few cranberries sprinkled on top, not mixed throughout the batter as a proper muffin would be. It was also dry and unappetizing. Will not ever stop here for food again. Too bad.

I love this location! It’s so cozy and their seating area is so warm and inviting. The food is amazing and so is the coffee! Staff is always friendly. Highly recommend trying their seasonal drinks! The breakfast burritos are also very good!

Iced smoked vanilla mocha is to DIE FOR! I just moved to the area and this is going to be a regular spot for me. One of the best coffee's I've had hands down. Service was very fast and quality is great! Easiest 5 star review I've given.

Great coffee shop with vibrant and friendly atmosphere. Strong coffee taste and nice cappuccinos, flat whites. One of the very best in Madison. The staffs are amazing. There are plenty of seating areas for working and chatting.
