The pork belly from here is so delicious when being used in Korean recipes like kimchi jjigae or even just on the grill with rice and side dishes! Will always go here to get our meats! It was truly melt in your mouth and packed with flavor.

Good selection of lamb and some interesting brat flavors. If your looking for saffron they have it and bones for pets! We haven't tried anything yet but had a great experience!

I have been a regular customer at Varsity Meats since it has opened. It is a beautiful store with a wide selection of products. The staff is very helpful and resourceful. There is usually some products on sale, and as far as quality meats, the pricing is very reasonable. It feels great to support the university in this way and shop local.

Amazing product made in house, so impressive! Spoke with the man working, Mitch, and was blown away with how much he knew about all the items in the store, and then with recipes and ideas of what to do with some of the more fun and uncommon products that are not available everywhere. Will be recommending to everyone for all their meat and meat related goods. Plus cheese and ice cream from Babcock are available!! Now you’re just spoiling me!
