I have seen a complete turn around. The store is cleaner and more organized . And also to the male employees that works days was very friendly! The new manager is amazing! She improved the store so much in the short time she’s been there! Kudos to Ms.C!!

For my first time going in here it was definitely a great experience. I wanted to check out the Slurpee‘s just to look at it and then the workers asked if I’ve been here before I said no and then she said that it was my first time here I could get a certain Slurpee for free truly a great experience everything about it great The atmosphere snacks the food it was just great 10 out of 10 experience would go here again

I typically I come to this 7-11 location for gas and snacks/food for my family. In all of the years I have been coming, I never had an issue until today. Cashier would not accept Google Pay/Samsung Wallet/Apple Pay. The cashier was new and he didn't know how the system works so instead of asking for help; he refused to sell me anything. Keep in mind that I just made a purchase the day prior with no issues whatsoever. I'll be going elsewhere from here on out.

If zero stars were possible, that’s what I would give. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was concerning enough that it needs to be documented. The store manager, Jennifer “Jen” Skattum, runs one of the most poorly managed and unsanitary establishments I have ever witnessed. The overall cleanliness of the store is unacceptable. Food items are frequently left out uncovered, containers and food are not sealed properly, and there are no visible date labels on frozen or prepared items. On multiple occasions I observed employees handling food without gloves. These are basic food safety standards that should never be ignored. Even more alarming, the manager allows pets to roam freely in the store and even behind the counter near food preparation areas. In a public food environment, this is extremely unsanitary and raises serious health concerns. Beyond the sanitation issues, the management is extremely unprofessional. Employees are spoken to in a disrespectful and demeaning manner, and the overall environment feels chaotic and poorly supervised. It is clear that staff are not receiving proper training, as new hires appear to be left alone very early on without guidance or support. There also appears to be a pattern of inappropriate communication with staff outside of work hours that could easily be interpreted as harassment. This store clearly needs oversight, proper training, and leadership that understands how to manage both food safety and people. Due to the sanitation concerns alone, I will also be filing a formal complaint with the health department so that these issues can be properly investigated. 0/10 — I would not recommend this location. There is significantly more that could be said, but those concerns will be addressed through the appropriate channels.

The last 7-Eleven in Madison.Restrooms were horrible,Employee attitude could be better.Selection is alright.Prices for selection were alright (some stuff overpriced some reasonable)The store inside was kind of messy of product just left in boxes.This is the most likely reason why most other 7-Eleven’s in Madison (Monroe street,Todd Drive,Park street)no longer exist because of everything mentioned above.
